The Future of BCEP®

Building the Next Generation of Emergency Preparedness Professionals

The Board of Certified Emergency Providers (BCEP®) is committed to advancing emergency preparedness, workplace safety, disaster readiness, and professional emergency response education. While our current programs focus on CPR/AED, First Aid, and emergency preparedness, we are actively developing a comprehensive portfolio of professional certifications, instructor development programs, and specialty academies.

Our Mission

To educate, prepare, certify, and empower individuals to recognize, respond to, and manage emergencies through practical, evidence-informed education that improves safety, saves lives, and strengthens communities.

Our Vision

To become a nationally recognized leader in emergency preparedness education and professional certification by developing innovative training programs that prepare individuals, workplaces, and communities to respond confidently during emergencies.

Our Development Philosophy

Every BCEP program is carefully researched, developed, and reviewed before it is released. Our goal is not to create the largest catalog of courses — it is to create programs that are practical, evidence-informed, engaging, and immediately applicable in real-world emergencies.
