Record the activity under Category 7: Continuing Education and Training.

The Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) portal will automatically apply 0.4 points toward your 5-year recertification cycle.

Note: BCEP provides an official digital Certificate of Completion and a formal Statement of Credit Letter through our registry portal at www.bcepregistry.org. These documents serve as ironclad validation in the event of a routine BCSP compliance audit.

Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) credential holders include: CSP, SMP, CHST, OHST, and CIT. Points are awarded at a standard rate of 0.1 points per 1.0 contact hour of technical safety or medical training under the BCSP self-reporting framework.
