Sheila Fore-Williams, M.A., brings more than 15 years of experience in higher education and adult learning to the BCEP Advisory Board. She is an accomplished educator whose career has focused on helping adult learners develop the knowledge, confidence, and communication skills needed to succeed in academic and professional settings.

Ms. Fore-Williams holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Athens State University and a Master of Arts in English from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at Alabama A&M University and has taught a variety of college-level courses, including College Success, English Composition, and English as a Second Language (ESL). Her teaching experience also includes serving as an instructor at Pierce College in Tacoma, Washington, where she worked with a diverse population of adult learners.

Throughout her career, Ms. Fore-Williams has been dedicated to fostering student success through effective instruction, curriculum development, and learner-centered teaching strategies. Her expertise in adult education, communication, and academic program delivery provides valuable insight as BCEP develops professional training programs, educational resources, and instructor development initiatives.

As a member of the BCEP Advisory Board, Ms. Fore-Williams supports the organization's mission of advancing emergency preparedness through high-quality education and lifelong learning. Her commitment to educational excellence helps ensure that BCEP programs are engaging, accessible, and designed to meet the needs of today's learners.

Dawn Daly-Mack is a Registered Nurse, minister, public health advocate, educator, and community leader with more than 30 years of experience advancing healthcare, health education, and community wellness.

She serves as Health Chair for the North Carolina NAACP State Conference and President of the Northampton County Branch of the NAACP, where she leads initiatives focused on chronic disease prevention, mental health awareness, health equity, and emergency preparedness. She is also the founder of Double-D Health & Safety, an organization dedicated to providing CPR, first aid, health education, and emergency preparedness training to workplaces, faith-based organizations, and communities.

Dawn is a member of the North Carolina Institute of Medicine (NCIOM), serves on the Board of Trustees for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Carolinas Chapter, and is a member of the Northampton County Board of Health. Throughout her career, she has been committed to improving public health, strengthening community partnerships, and expanding access to quality healthcare and life-saving education.

An accomplished speaker, trainer, and podcast host, Dawn is passionate about empowering individuals, families, and organizations with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively during medical emergencies and public health challenges.

As a member of the BCEP Advisory Board, Dawn provides guidance in clinical education, community health, and public outreach. Her experience helps ensure that BCEP's educational programs reflect current best practices while supporting the organization's mission to advance emergency preparedness through high-quality, evidence-based education.

Brian K. Cichetti, CHST, is a highly respected construction safety professional with more than 40 years of experience in the heavy civil construction industry. For more than 26 years, he has served as the Corporate Safety Director for a major heavy civil construction company, where he has led the development and oversight of corporate safety programs, managed teams of safety professionals, and helped ensure the safe delivery of some of the nation's largest transportation and infrastructure projects.

Throughout his career, Brian has worked closely with project owners, contractors, labor organizations, and regulatory agencies to strengthen workplace safety, mentor safety professionals, and promote a culture of operational excellence. His extensive project experience includes leadership roles on high-profile transportation and infrastructure projects, including the World Trade Center redevelopment, Second Avenue Subway, NJ Transit, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and numerous other major public works projects throughout the New York and New Jersey metropolitan area.

As Director of Construction Industry Relations for BCEP, Brian provides strategic guidance on construction-related emergency preparedness and workforce training. He also helps develop relationships with construction companies, contractors, labor unions, and industry organizations to expand access to BCEP education, certification programs, and emergency preparedness initiatives throughout the construction industry.

Brian is a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), an OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer, and has earned numerous professional certifications throughout his career. He has also served as an adjunct instructor with the Rutgers School of Public Health OSHA Training Center, where he has helped educate construction and safety professionals in OSHA standards, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety. His decades of leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to worker safety make him an invaluable member of the BCEP Advisory Board.

Aneel Ordonez is a business professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and extensive experience in corporate operations, logistics, and organizational management. During her career with Samsung, she developed expertise in business operations, process improvement, and organizational efficiency.

Aneel has played an instrumental role in the development and growth of LyfeSafety® and the Board of Certified Emergency Providers (BCEP), contributing to strategic planning, organizational development, and long-term business initiatives. As a member of the BCEP Advisory Board, she provides guidance on business strategy, organizational planning, and sustainable growth in support of BCEP's mission to advance emergency preparedness through professional education and certification.
